An antioxidant helps prevent damage from molecules called free radicals. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recently released a list of the top 20 foods rich in antioxidants. If you increase these foods it may help protect your body from this damage. There is a link on the nutrition page that will take you to information concerning the new USDA Food Pyramid.
