Improve Your Vision

I have created a homeopathic remedy to improve vision! I have experimented on myself with very good results. Six months ago my vision was over 20/400. During my last vision exam, my vision had improved to 20/300! The optomitrist said that my left eye had improved two "steps" and my right eye had improved three "step" and the astigmatism in my right eye had improved one "step". I asked how many steps I needed to improve before I could stop wearing my glasses. She said about six more "steps".

My goal is to help people who are just beginning to have vision problems eliminate the need for glasses!

Every eye problem, excluding accidents, occurs because of an imbalance in the body. This is true for every disease of the body. Many times the root of the imbalance is emotional. These issues must be cleared and the physical imbalance must be corrected. The most effective way to clear these imbalances are through homeopathy, dietary changes and herbal therapy.

Included below is the research that I did before I began my experiment. The only one of the following activities I did were the neck rolls. I only did them weekly (not daily as recommended).

Recommended activities:

A. Sunning—bathing the eyes with light

  • relaxant
  • loosens the tightened muscles responsible for myopia, etc
  • stimulates the retina
  • slows aging of the brain
  • clears bloodshot eyes
  • helps overcome and prevent granulation of the eyelid
  • eliminates itching of the eyes

    Use an incandescent pole lamp indoors:
    1. Set the lamp three feet away using a 150 watt bulb.
    2. Back erect in straight back chair, nose straight ahead, feet flat on the floor.
    3. Take off glasses and gently close eyes.
    4. Turn your head slowly and smoothly from side to side, halfway to your shoulder.
    5. Slowly increase wattage to a reflector spotlight.
    6. Start with one to two minutes, increase to ten minutes.
    7. When you are ready do this outside in the sunlight do it for no more that four minutes at a time.

    B. Palming—gently cup hands over the eyes
  • rest and revitalize the eyes
  • do after sunning to improve circulation to the eyes
  • sends healing energy to the eyes

    Directions:
    1. Start with warm hands—rub them together first.
    2. Sit erect in straight back chair.
    3. Place a pillow in your lap to rest your arms on.
    4. Close your eyes gently.
    5. Cup your palms lightly over your eyes so no light enters.
    6. Relax and visualize healing light entering your eye, see your eyes healing.
    7. When you can see “black” you are healing.

    Emotional causes of poor vision:
  • Compelled to read at an early age
  • Bored with school
  • Dislikes his teacher
  • Unconsciously refuses to see the chalkboard
  • Unconsciously refuses to see his parents as they really are
  • Usually a well-behaved, obedient child suffering from repressions and anxieties
  • Expressing difficulty in functioning as a whole person
  • Dare not see or be seen
  • Compensates for feelings of inferiority by straining and staring so hard that he distorts the image of the eye

    **Subject must feel safe enough to abandon the defense mechanisms they have erected or eyesight will not improve.
